Does this deck work? I'm a beginner, I have no idea what other people might do to combat this deck?

What this deck does:

At turn 5 you should get out Delaying Shield + Lich . The rulings say that Delaying Shield turns combat damage into loss of life which does not cause Lich to sacrifice your permanents. From there, play Privileged Position and Death's Shadow to either wait out the opponent or attack. Lich rulings say you can have negative life so Death's Shadow could have >13 power/toughness.

Important

This is meant to be a fun flavor deck about the Buddha and how he broke out of the cycle of life and death and ascended beyond karma. That's why both the player and his permanents have shroud and you can't lose for having 0 life. I want to keep those elements. I want this deck to win by: having everything untargetable, and not being able to lose from combat damage.

It would be cool to have everything be uncounterable too, that's why I wanted to work Vexing Shusher in, but I couldn't do it? Any thoughts on that?
