Ledgewalker is a bit too slow.fetchlands and Dryad Arbor are just too important for the deck not to play

Well the fetches shouldn't be that hard to get now when they are back in standart, so that's one thing.

There are really two ways to go with bogle's manabase. The fetch version which gets to use Dryad Arbor shenanigans or the rainbow lands one that maindecks a bunch of Suppression Field for some free wins. Where you really don't want to be is with 8 basic lands clogging up the deck. Nearly every card requires exclusively colored mana, and not being able to curve say T1 G into T2 GG into T3 WWW really puts a crimp on how explosive the deck can be, which is crucial important in a number of match-ups. Even just cutting down to 4 and running the Brushland s would be better.
While Hyena Umbra gets a little redundant with Daybreak Coronet and Ethereal Armor , 3 umbras is just way too few. You definitely want some more of those.
Stuff that I would trim/cut.
Spirit Link it's just unnecessary. Most match-ups already get decided by having a big lifelinker. Maybe stick one in the sideboard, but otherwise you don't get extra match points for winning the game at 50+ life.
Silhana Ledgewalker it's too slow for Modern and doesn't offer the pay off that Kor Spiritdancer has. Sometimes it's nice to have 1-2 in the sideboard depending on the meta, but these slots can be better used.

I would play all 8 umbras if i was you, but if you only wanna run 6, I'd run 4 Spider Umbra and two Hyena Umbra

Agreed on the Spider Umbra > Hyena Umbra . As someone that played the bogle deck a bunch, Hyena Umbra is often the first cut when sideboarding.
On the surface first strike appears to the the more important combat mechanic, but for starters it's made a bit redundant with both Daybreak Coronet and Ethereal Armor also offering it. Reach is also often times incredibly relevant too. Usually decks like UWRs only out is to race in the air and burn you out while keeping you off life gain, and certainly reach is extra important against affinity with all its evasive creatures to carry Cranial Plating . And Inkmoth Nexus shows up there and in infect and represents one of the few ways to kill you despite all the lifegain.

With only 12 creatures, how often you you mulligan yourself to oblivion? I run a similar deck but decided to slot in 4 Silhana Ledgewalker just to help cut mulligans shorter.

I tryed Silhana and i have a 2nd version of this here on TO with 14 or even 16 but its just too slow for competitive play. I dont seem to have a problem with mulligans... Maybe im always lucky but you can still win this with a starting hand of 2 when u draw like ethereal armor and keen sense afterwards. But yeah ofc its risky.... and thats why its fun to play
