Real-talk, I feel like Pyroblast is far too specific and hateful. If you were to play that spell over something like Dispel (does the same thing here, easier mana cost for me), I feel like I could get grumbles from a few players. I kinda built the deck with every meta in mind. I try to keep the deck free of cards most people would hate but still keep the deck feeling pretty tuned.

I could, but Ugin's not really a legendary creature and making a budget deck in colorless that's any good is kinda hard without it devolving into your standard colorless deck. For the most part, those decks tend to become a race to ramp and push out fatties. That's not really something that appeals to me nor is it something that would represent Ugin well either.

Hmmm. The split decision is worth considering. The spell skite, however, is far above the price range of the deck. Keep in mind that this deck is supposed to fit most metas. As such, it has a pretty tight budget. I wanted to keep it below 150.

I would try to add one or two more lands. 36 is pretty low considering your commander not only costs 7, but requires upkeep to stick around.
Also, no Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker?

This is true. Bolas walker is 9 bucks. That's a little hefty for this deck.
