This is a deck that does a few things: ensure to benefit from land tax effects, and exile an awful lot of things for you to use. Intended for Vizier format, which doesn't have Commander Damage, but likely the most effective strategy for Bell in EDH is to exile something big and give him double strike and count on the commander damage. Still a work in progress.

There are 7 different land tax effects in this deck, and there are many ways to guarantee you run behind in land but run ahead in mana. Don't hesitate to sacrifice lands like Crystal Vein, Ruins of Trokair, and Dwarven Ruins to get back to being behind on land count while getting temporary mana boosts, and the Lotus Field and Vale will put you behind with no effort. With the number of lands that can tap for 2 or more mana, it's very common to be well ahead on resources, and with Manascape Refractor, any of those lands count for double.

There's little direct removal; Path to Exile is one of the few, and also serves to keep you behind on land. Skyclave Apparition is great for it, and with Emiel you can nearly wipe a board by repeated blinking, especially if you're fortunate enough to have Zirda out. Avenger en-Dal can do some, and some of the planeswalkers will suffice, and you have a Doomskar, but overall, this deck wins by accumulating massive advantages and always having the right cards in hand. All those exiles offer great card selection, and if you exile too much, Mirror of Fate gives you one last chance to win with a Doomsday-type set-up.
