Removing a blocker and pumping Sergeant Borca's power using Astral Slide's EoT flicker effect seemed strong but fair.

I like the cycle engine as a way to generate synergy-derived value in what is traditionally a weak colour pair.

We've also got some recursion like Second Sunrise to help ramp early and restore our synergy pieces after inevitable removal later on in the game.

~Unusual omissions are likely the result of my desire to completely foil the deck.~
