This was an attempt to see if I could make a red-black Dynavolt Tower deck work. I knew I could stack it with removal and burn, but the challenge was still doing enough damage to win.

• Aether Poisoner for a deathtouch threat, also creates energy and can create tokens (for Unlicensed Disintegration )
• Bedlam Reveler gets a cheap attacker out and refreshes your hand
• Altar's Reap refreshes your hand when the inevitable removal hits one of your own. It can also be used on a token if new cards are needed.
• Skyship Stalker is a great mana sink

While there is some removal specific cards, I tried to include cards that could hit creatures or players. Harnessed Lightning can be used as burn with a Dynavolt Tower as long as you have some target creature to do 0 damage to.

This can be made more budget by cutting the more expensive dual lands or less budget with fatal push and more dual lands.
