Building a Budget Friendly Intro to Modern Burn deck. Attempting to stand with the big budget decks while not spending nearly as much as some decks require. Limiting my budget to $200 in the Main Deck to start while leaving myself open to upgrades as available. Running Bloodstained Mire as a Fetch for Mountain because it is the cheapest and I am not running any fetchable non-Mountain White Mana sources.
