But this deck is really good. It can beat the vampire deck consistently and the token deck, might be the best yet...

Balefire Dragon is cool, but he's def too expensive for this deck. And you should take out all the 5 6 and 7 cost stuff for Truefire Paladin except for Sun Titan and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite and Aurielia maybe. Those truefire's do soo much fast damage! Also Precinct Captain and Skyknight Legionnaire are super good because they are nice for triggering battalion with their evasion.

I mean you'll need to see what everyone else is playing there, but I really think you should cut out everything above 5. You need to be killing them fast, like boros likes to do. I found this page pretty interesting http://www.wizards.com/Magic/magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/rc/233It has other build for more midgame stuff but def check it out.

everything except for Aurelia, the Warleader , Captain of the Watch , and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight are 4 costing or less. all three of those cards can be game enders pretty much the same turn that they come out by powering up my other creatures on the battlefield. I tried that link you sent but it didn't work for me, what do you think about the creature to other spell ratio? what types of cards would you recommend that i put in my sideboard?

As for sideboard stuff, I'm seeing lots of stuff like extra removal like Oblivion Ring and Thalia. Also Knight of Glory if black is giving you trouble. Also stuff that kills graveyards like Tormod's Crypt

I also thing the evolving wilds can be really detrimental. I think the guildgates do just fine but have 1/3rd of your mana being tapped is kind of a drag. Also have you talked to Alan at all? he won't answer anything

This definitely on track, but I guess the main thing is thinking about what kinds of decks you saw at FNM and tuning your sideboard that way. I know a couple of things that are good at killing certain decks so I guess just let me know what you saw. If you look at my new red deck, that sideboard is a pretty good example of this. Flames of the Firebrand is good for killing 'mana dorks' like Avacyn's Pilgrim and Arbor Elf . This is sometimes the key to defeating these decks. Also Skullcrack is good at softening Thragtusk and Sphinx's Revelation .

I think this deck has some great cards in it, but I think it could be better with using the boros's 'rush the other player' mentality. I would start by picking around your 5-6 best fatties, like Odric, Master Tactician Aurelia, the Warleader and some others. Then I would fill the rest with small efficient creatures and stuff like Krenko's Command and Gather the Townsfolk, trying to keep the bulk of your deck at 2 cmc. It will be hard, but if you can do this, this deck will be BOMB. You'll hacve to take out some awesome cards, but it will only make your traditional boros stuff better.
