Chained to the Rocks easily takes care of Master of Waves . I'm trying to stay away from creatures because my meta is full of Esper control and Mono B that packs ridiculous amounts of removal. Thanks for the suggestions!

Have you thought of using Satyr Firedancer ? you can concentrate on burning the opponent and keep the board clear of creatures. Also its easily sideboradable because you can bring it in against a creature heavy deck and then take it out against something with less of a creature base.

Played something very similar. I found out Chandra, Pyromaster was too clunky and didnt feel right in the deck. I would consider playing at least 2 Eidolon of the Great Revel . It looks counter intuitive but it really hits some opponents for more than you realize and the whole point of burn is dmg asap.
Searing Blood is a must in every burn deck. Sideboard a Satyr Firedancer and pair it with Searing Blood and you're usually in good hands.

I would throw in some more creatures. Guttersnipe is a pretty nice red card. Also, I would definitely main board Boros Reckoner . It would work great in a boros burn like this. Hope this helps. I would also like to see some updates here on competitive gameplay against freinds or in tournaments.

Why not trying a bit more creatures. What if someone drops a Master of Waves , whats your response? I suggest having a fast start early on. So try Ash Zealot maybe? I play a similar deck. I made it for my friend because we're FNMing tonight. What a coincidence. Even has a similar name! Griffin's Boros Burn
