Boros Aggro deck with a bit of shenanigans thrown in for flavor.

Your perfect opening hand would include:

Boros Reckoner, Boros Charm, dicatate of the twin gods , 4 land. You would draw into any of your burn instants, any will work, and a fifth land.

You can play this like a control deck at that point, let your opponent whittle you down a few points at a time. Drop the Reckoner, which should give them a pause to reconsider your deck, then AT THE END of their turn flash in Dictate. Next turn, give Reckoner indestructible with the Charm, fire whichever instant at him that you want ... loop it back at him until you have enough damage to kill your opponent stored up (I make sure it is about 48,376 personally) ... then pull the trigger.

If you do not draw perfectly, there is removal and creature hate in this deck to make it easy to win.

You can use Holy Mantle + Madcap Skills + Fabled Hero to walk up and smack someone across the face turn four for 14 if you get the right starting hand and draws, which is usually enough to beat someone as long as you have picked a few shots between the first and last hands.
