Went 3/1/0
2/1/0 - Mono Green devotion: tough matchup, he was scared of the palm
1/2/0- Mono Green splash Black: almost took him in game 3, had enchantment board wipe combo that wrecked me mid/late game
2/0/0- Abzan junk, dem combat trix tho =)
2/1/0- Abzan junk/control, pretty cool deck, equal matchup
lessons learned, rabble was the star of the show in most games. I used fabled hero as bait for him and kept rabble alive which I should have done the alternate because of the heroic triggers, probably need to do a 4 of with the hero, either way they both shine here very well depending on what else is in your hand each has a favorite matchup of tricks. Rabble with ride down and hero with protections.
Prowess is good for widdleing away the early game damage, seaker and swiftspear are definitely a cool pairup. Prowess off a titan's strength or feat of resistance is just sick
I saw my self holding ride downs more than I wanted to, at some point they HAVE to block and they always got used to remove something, didn't feel it was ever a dead card, just a waiting opportunity, better than a straight burn removal I think. Only not useful agianst hexproof, and nothing is going to help you there except a buff and there are a fair share of those in there.
deflecting palm won games, threw a 12/12 hydra back at someone's face for the win on an alpha swing.
overall extremely fun deck, it performed extremely well in my very control heavy meta.
