Boros is Red/White. The name of the Black/Blue/Green faction is Ana, although most just call it BUG.

You guys are completely over thinking this. The deck is exactly as it's name says - Boros Reanimator. If you have a read through the older comments you should get some insight.

Duel Commander is EDH played in a 1v1 setting. Some of the cards not on EDH's banlist (Sol Ring, etc.) are extremely oppressive and not healthy in a more competitive, 1v1 environment. Conversely, some cards that are on EDH's banlist (Upheaval, etc.) aren't too back breaking to be banned, or can be easily dealt with. (Especially because they were banned originally for being "unfun", something irrelevant in a competition)
As such, Duel Commander is played the same as EDH, but in 1v1 and with a different banlist.
There are some slight rules differences (Commander's that would be put into a library instead can be put into the command zone), but it is mostly the same once you sit down to play.
