I would maybe swap ash zealot for gather the townsfolk. Ideally, Champion will be first out, you will want as many humans out as possible to beef him, and you have a higher chance of being able to drop it turn two than ash does, unless you drop a sacred foundry untapped turn one or a cavern. But if you have to drop a plains, your ash is waiting til at least turn 3. I would maybe als leave ash in and swap thalia for the townsfolk. have them sided until a deck that has less creatures comes out.

A one-of for Hellrider seems flat out wrong. Move Zealous Conscript to the board, and up Hellrider to 2, potentially 3.

I like this deck a lot. Very aggro, very fast. I personally don't like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben . I think she only hurts your ability to cast your instants and sorceries. What if you have her on the field, two open lands and a Boros Charm in hand. Your options just dropped to zero, especially if you have a chance to finish off your opponent. I like user brphoto's suggestion of putting in Gather the Townsfolk . Perhaps swap out the three Thalia's for that instead. I also like Searing Spear more than Pillar of Flame . For one more mana, you get to cast it at instant speed and can target players or creatures.

Thalia is very important against control decks. She raises the price of murder to 4 and puts off board clear by one turn. She's so very important in highly competitive matches because it buys you that extra turn before a Mutilate or Supreme Verdict is played. Also prevents irritations like Dissipate on Boros reckoner. She's very good. As an aggro player you'll be relying on creatures far more than any other deck, in the early game at least, so she makes sense. She destroys T2 ramp with Farseek as well.

@ChiefBell -- Thanks for pointing that out. I hadn't thought of it that way before.

It's cool. There are always cards that people just don't understand for a while. I'm still too stupid to get how the Fiend Hunter and Deadeye Navigator permanent flicker thing works.

Well done! Any changes you thought about making? How did you find Legion Loyalist ? I personally would prefer Rakdos Cackler but I haven't played a Boros deck. What's your opinion?

Legion Loyalist won the game for me twice. It's not an early game play. Think of him as a trample/first strike sorcery (I play him like I'd play a non-instant Kessig Wolf Run ).

There were points I was just getting chumped all the time. My champion was up to being an 8/8. Drop goblin, swing in with battalion, run over the chump blockers and swing for lethal.

I found my sideboard to be pretty much useless all night, 1 thing I wish I had in my side was a few Knight of Glory and possibly Volcanic Strength because they're just purely broken in the meta at the moment. I might do some more deck-tech for the sideboard and see if I can come up with a more thinly spread card spread that will allow me to combat different decks.

1 thing I will say is that the mana base is perfect and it drew starting hands incredibly well. I only had to mull once all night.

Trade out 3x legion loyalist for 3x stromkirk nobles? that feels fair, or a 2 for 2 stromkirk wins alooot

I think you're severely undervaluing legion loyalist.

Well i know you want him end game, hes a game breaker, but you are also undervaluing stromkirk noble, a turn one drop can win you the game, i think to be fair they have equal advantages, stromkirk early and legion end, if you play legion loyalist early he will die plain and simple hes a target sadly, i ran him forever. just suggesting stromkirks :D maybe a playtest or two? I would also really like to hear how it turns out, as I am running them now, if it slows you down ill cycle them for legion loyalists as well
