I am aware that casting spells targeting Zada doesn't activate heroic but the heroic helps make the deck a decent aggro deck even if I don't find Zada. Main objective is to bring out lots of 1/1 creatures. Bring out Zada, then cast spells on Zada to buff all your creatures and overwhelm your opponent.

It's pretty common to draw a Satyr Hoplite and titan's strength in your opening hand, letting you get 5 damage quickly turn 2.

Charmbreaker Devils is a great card. It allows you to recycle your used instant and sorcery spells so you can easily get spells if you aren't drawing any or even get more 1/1s out.

Cards like Retreat to Emeria and Goblinslide make gaining 1/1s a steady supply whenever you get land or cast a spell.
