Oh wow, Goblin Welder would be perfect here! Not cheap, but probably a good spend. I think I may actually have a Wurmcoil Engine in my trade binder - I'm going to have to double check that.
Thanks!

If you run Mycosynth Golem , all the other collosi are viable.
Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient - maybe if you add some more artifact with activated abilities.
Hellkite Tyrant - winning games is fun.
Mycosynth Lattice - Which combos pretty well with Hellkite Tyrant
Personaly I think you are focusing too much on the burn spells.

The mana myr would help you here. Iron Myr and Palladium Myr specifically. Also, Blinkmoth Urn is a great card for these decks. It combos really well with Sands of Delirium since you have all that mana.

Yeah, I'm not much of a red mage, so burn is all I think about when I think red. :)
Thanks for all the suggestions!
Precursor Golem looks like it could set me up to get hit hard - a Doom Blade and my army is wiped out, no?
Definitely going to add those Myr, thanks!

In general, burn spells are not that great in EDH unless they hit everyone (Earthquake ). Although they might work a little better in a 1v1 setting.
And you could probably get away with running 38 or 39 lands if you have a couple extra spells you want to run.
Welcome to EDH!

Yes, Precursor Golem is would be very funny but probably not practical.
You should look at Golem Foundry , it looks up your alley.
Mana Echoes , Belbe's Portal , Quicksilver Amulet might help get some of the big finisher golems into play.
I'd reconsider a lot of the little removal suite you have there. Bosh would probably appreciate a Spine of Ish Sah though.
If Bosh is important to your strategy, check out Lightning Greaves , Swiftfoot Boots , Champion's Helm , Mask of Avacyn , Darksteel Forge . Maybe a couple of those would make you harder to stop.

Oh god. How did I forget about Spine of Ish Sah ? I've even already got one of them floating around somewhere. 7R to destroy a permanent and do 7 damage? Yes, I think Bosh would like that very much.
Thoughts on Soul of New Phyrexia vs the Darksteel Forge ?

Good start!!! You are seriously lacking mana acceleration. Worn Powerstone , Thran Dynamo , even Sisay's Ring . You can probably remove your walls they are not very good. You also need Draw/ search cards Wheel of Fortune , Memory Jar , Gamble . The more you can draw or sift through the deck the better off you are.

nobu_the_bard says... #10
Personally if you can fit both I'd do it, but I think you probably will be hurting for mana more often than not so if you have to pick one, Darksteel Forge . Without a huge amount of mana to blow the Soul is just a big trampler, plus his ability encourages stack nonsense from the blue decks.

Unwinding Clock super cheap and untap all your stuff. Plus if you run Mycosynth Lattice it is a untap on everybodys turn of all your stuff. then you could play a little control like Winter Orb

I also just noticed you don't have Karn, Silver Golem on here. If you use Mycosynth Lattice he can kill lands (he turns them into 0/0 creatures). He can also unequip opponents' creatures (turning equipment into creatures unattaches them). He has all kinds of goofy things he can do in addition to being a legendary golem.

You have to follow your commander's colors so you are not allowed to play any red cards including mountains. All mana and spells you control have to be colorless if you want Bosh, Iron Golem as your commander.

Never mind activated abilities actually work did not know that. Go ahead and delete my comment.

Yup, they made that change a few years ago, to avoid having commanders who weren't allowed in their own decks. I have no idea how to delete comments.

nobu_the_bard says... #16
There should be a red "remove" button when looking at comments for a deck you own. (If you find it feel free to delete this one also.)

Also, like buttons so when you want to tell somebody you like what they wrote, you don't need to make a new comment about it. And a way to add friends. And make the background blue and white.
Oh, wait... ;)

Oh! You meant 'should' in the sense of 'there is' not that you 'wish there was'. Doh.
I can see the red button for my updates, but not for comments. That said, I might just archive all of these.

I like the changes you have made check out What Would Karn do? its my Karn, Silver Golem EDH deck maybe give you some help with anything else you might be looking for.
Have you built this yet? How is it doing for you? I am thinking of building a Bosh deck so but havent had much luck of which direction i want to go with him.

Haunted Plate Mail & Staff of the Flame Magus Maybe? also, if you added Gilded Lotus and other artifact mana generators, Aggressive Mining could be a good draw engine for you then. Very cool to see someone playing Artifact EDH.

I would put in Basalt Monolith Cathodion Shrapnel Blast Scrapyard Salvo Golem's Heart Semblance Anvil Temple of the False God Kuldotha Forgemaster and for shits and giggles put in Pyxis of Pandemonium to sac it after like 10 turns and not really for shits and giggles but just for jaw dropping damage Aladdin's Lamp

Mycosynth Lattice + Vandalblast
Apart from being 2 good spells on their own, together, they will leave all your opponents with nothing and you with everything. The Lattice also discourages mass artifact removal spells, as they would clear the board of everything. I would suggest putting these in your deck.

The Lattice is in my acquire list - I just don't have the budget for it right now. Vandalblast is very interesting though, thanks!

Bosh, Iron Golem can not be your general. your deck can only have cards in your deck that share a colour with your general and seeing as Bosh, Iron Golem is colourless so you may only play colourless cards in your deck and have colourless mana or you may change your commander to a red card. Also any mana in your mana pool that does not share a colour with your general turns into colourless mana. I would recommend changing your commander to either: -Kurkesh, Onakke Ancient, if you have activated abilities of artifacts that you could copy. (you don't)-Maraxus of Keld, is similar to Bosh, Iron Golem in that artifact help him deal more damage.-Daretti, Scrap Savant, he is awesome being a planeswalker you can have as a general and being artifact based means he fits in your deck.
Your deck was/is a good idea but unfortunately Bosh, Iron Golem just cant be a general for a red deck. Good luck. :D

Colossus of Akros would be only one to really consider since a 20/20 indestructible is really nice but he a little mana heavy. Wurmcoil Engine this card is not budget but its really really good and with Goblin Welder its insane!
