So, thank you for your time. I'm not the greatest at deck building and am new to the idea of a Merfolk deck. I do know I want a blend of Merfolk/Azorius, so tribal control? I want to be able to say "no" enough and either lock down or dismiss my opponents play's until I have enough bigger merfolk to tsunami in. Is that possible? I've sorted through some stuff and have gotten a sort of list. I don't have a major budget, but am open to like, $50? Any and all criticism welcomed!
