This is a pauper singleton deck.

It features cards that cards that exile other cards temporarily. It has cards that will return other cards to your hand from the battlefield. It also has cards with low power and high toughness which don't do much. This is to help the cloudfin raptor gain counters. I could remove some of the creatures without triggers to make way for cards that do have effects.
It also has some graveyard effects like death's duet It probably needs more artifacts or cards with etb effects.
