I think this is ok for Standard, but lacks a lot of modern staples to be played in modern.

I know, but he has it labeled as modern, that's why i commented.

Staples such as: Path to Exile , Lightning Bolt , Terminate , Lightning Helix , Inquisition of Kozilek etc. But only if this is really ment to be a modern deck :)

removed 1x Stab Wound all 3x Debilitating Injury a blue yellow fetchland since i'm heavy on Plains and a couple other cards that didn't make sense in this deck (totalling 7 cards removed.)

Added: 1x Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker 4x Arrow Storm 1x Utter End to max it sense i removed some creature control and 1x Swamp since i was a little lopsided on the mana gen in recent games.

No one runs Iroas, God of Victory in their mardu or jeskai decks. It would save you so many creatures and tokens.

I haven't fixed my sideboard yet but I have three in there in case I run into another token deck (funny enough I got the idea from two different people at FNM that run Mardi token decks that also run Iroas.)

I must say that I love to swing in with Monastery Swiftspear and Titan's Strength. Makes your Monastery a 5/4 with prowess being triggered for one mana. Plus you get to scry. You just can't beat that for the mana cost.

if you are going with ankle shanker and ponyback brigade (bad card IMO) i would go full potato with the goblin tribal. goblin rabblemaster, obilisk of urd, hordeling outburst etc

i will definitely look into Urd, i only have one goblin rabblemaster and don't have the funds to pick up 2-3 more at this time. i am also running hordling outburst as a 3 of, and with Purphoros, God of the Forge the ponyback deals 8 damage to the face and i get 4 creatures for it.
