The deck is going to be far too slow in a competitive standard environment. Against constructed decks, things are going to be moving much faster then they did in the pre-release. For example, it'll be very hard to play that dreadknight in a standard match, let alone take advantage of his ability.
Remember the mana curve. What do you want to reliably do at turn 1? Turn 2? Turn 3? You don't want to be sitting around idle while your opponent is pumping up.
Try to cut out many of these singles. You want 4x of anything you want to have reliably, and reliable is something to strive for. If you want to do madness, you pretty much want tocut out anything that isn't related to madness. Almost all the cards should be either madness, or a madness activator. Mentor, noble, duelist, dead weight, chasm, bloodsworn. None of these cards work with madness, and it could make hurt the power of both your activator cards, and your madness cards. They should probably be removed in favor of getting more of the cards which play off the madness mechanic.
Good luck!

Thank you for your comments, they are very helpful and I will improve this list to make it more viable for Standard

Grab some extra commons when you do. I'm having a tough time figuring out the best proportion of madness cards to discard cards. Its tricky, but I think it'll pay off in the end.
I'm doing similiar. I'm going the agro route with lots of cheap casts, lots of direct damage, and some strong 3 casts to bring it home. I bought some extra commons and I'm already happy I did, I underestimate a couple, and perhaps over estimated a couple others.
One of my favourite combos so far is Heir of Falkenrath Flip on turn 2. On turn 3 discard Incorrigible Youths and pay its mana cost. He has haste so you got 7 damage coming in on turn 3. I can't wait to see how it fares.

Well, you have to remember that some cards allow you to discard cards more then once like Olivia, Mobilised for War, Elusive Tormentor Flip and Call the Bloodline So you have to predict how much you can use them before they are destroyed, and thank you for alerting me to the Heir of Falkenrath + Incorrigible Youths sophontteks

Hey there, I am so happy to see other people utilising madness vampires :) have you thought about using ((insolent neonate)) and ((indulgent aristocrat)) ? They are really good in my opinion. ((drana, liberator of malakir)) and ((kalitas, traitor of ghet)) are also very strong :)+1 from me, i'd love if you would have a look at mine and tell me what you think.

I have been looking at Drana, Liberator of Malakir recently and think that I should try to add her if I get her in a booster pack or traded for it, Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet would be interesting too, using the zombies he creates, or the Vampire tokens from Call the Bloodline to power him up. I'm not sure about Insolent Neonate and Indulgent Aristocrat, but I'll have a think about them

Indulgent Aristocrat works really well with Falkenrath Gorger and Call the Bloodline, if you know what i'm getting at there... Insolent Neonate helps with madness triggers, and can also be good fodder for the above engine.

It would be great to try to add them in my deck, but I'm not sure what cards I would get rid of for Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, Indulgent Aristocrat and Insolent Neonate

I would remove Twins of Maurer Estate and Stensia Masquerade

Looks fun, Id throw in some removal like Lightning Axe, Grasp of Darkness, Fiery Temper, Ruinous Path, etc. in place of slower, less powerful cards like Markov Dreadknight, Stromkirk Mentor, Vampire Noble, etc.
