This is a budget casual combo deck I made with inspiration from Budget Mtg's infinite combo playlist.

The combo this deck uses is Aphetto Alchemist/Tidewater Minion with Illusionist's Bracers and anything does something like : Mill a card. (If you want you can add stuff like Prodigal Sorcerer as well)

The Cards:

There are 4 parts of this deck: The combo, protection, draw and of course the lands (I put the same card in multiple sections if they belonged in more than one)

The Combo:

4x Illusionist's Bracers 4x Aphetto Alchemist 3x Tidewater Minion 4x Codex Shredder 4x Reckless Scholar

All you do is equip the Illusionist's Bracers to Aphetto Alchemist/Tidewater Minion and then when you tap it, you get 2 untap triggers. You use one on itself and the other on Codex Shredder/Reckless Scholar to mill them out. If you want to add some more, try Cathartic Adept.

Protection:

2x Counterspell 2x Dismiss 2x Swiftfoot Boots 2x Mizzium Skin

These cards are important, as they protect the combo, and because the combo is realistically the only win condition, without protection this deck is worthless. Feel free to change some of these cards if you don't like them, but I reccomend still keeping it at 8. (e.g. change Dismiss for more Counterspell).

Card Draw:

4x Reckless Scholar 2x Dismiss 4x Impulse 2x Mind Stone 4x Whir of Invention 2x Halimar Depths 2x Lonely Sandbar

Card draw/tutoring/filtering is important because you need the combo to win. Simple as that. Feel free to add Tinker if you want to.

Land:

2x Halimar Depths 2x Lonely Sandbar 2x Saprazzan Skerry 17x Island

I'm not sure I have the most optimal mana base, but I think the lands are good enough for a combo deck

Sideboard cards should be self-explanatory but I should warn you that I have no clue what good budget sideboard cards are.
