U/W Flicker/Control deck to lock your opponent down with ETB effects and plenty of supporting artifacts/enchantments/planeswalkers for that extra safety cushion while propelling you to victory.

I'm still trying out and discovering new ETB creatures and finding that perfect balance between creature and flicker engine card quantity. Feedback is welcome :)

8/14: I added a Mind Sculptor because I was looking for an excuse to buy one, and found it. Obviously this deck doesn't require one but he's arguably good in any deck with blue. Same goes for the other planeswalkers. I would, however, highly suggest at least having Venser in there as he directly contributes to the theme. Maybe Tamiyo as well. The cool thing about Brago and planeswalkers is that you can have Brago out, put a walker into play, use loyalty ability, then swing with Brago (assuming no blockers) and flash out the walker and use another ability.

Other than that, though, feel free to sub in other ETB creatures or even other helpful enchantments in place of them. This deck is actually fairly inexpensive when calculated without the planeswalker fluff. Some cards that I had in before the planeswalkers were Sunken Hope , Karmic Guide, Shrieking Drake, and Cloudshift

8/15: I had the wrong decklist up. Should be accurate now. I think I will be removing Curse of the Swine and adding Reality Acid . There's not a huge need for board wipes in this deck and reality acid is ridiculous with Brago's ability. Since it won't target on re-entry, it will get around hexproof/shroud cards. Save mana for a return engine and it will be extremely hard to stop.

8/18: Added Heliod's Pilgrim for additional enchantment fetch and removed Cache Raiders . Thanks Xoanon! Also replaced Vedalken Orrery with Leyline of Anticipation (for devotion) and Wanderwine Hub with Hallowed Fountain for obvious reasons.
