I've recently gotten into the commander format, and saw Brago, King Eternal, and decided to build a commander deck around him using cards that I already own. The idea of the deck is to use Brago to keep using ETB effects to create tokens and move enchantments around, to either buff your own creatures, or eliminate your opponents. The goal of the deck is to win by either killing your opponents with tokens or other creatures that you can afford to lose.

I want to know of upgrades or potential changes to the deck. As I said, I'm new to the commander format, so I'm not sure what cards are good and what cards are bad, nor am I aware of the commander staples, so please be easy with the criticism. I should also mention that I would like this deck to remain on a budget, as I don't have much money, so please don't suggested crazily priced cards. Thanks in advance!
