The Jace Rick doesn't get to play this deck that often because his friend/opponent considers it a dick move. This is a fairly basic blink deck that can play a control game without Brago, Eternal G. If you are aware of UW control this build makes a lot of sense. There are definitely cards that could be in here, feedback is seriously welcome because I have hit a point where I have to decide between planeswalkers or creatures. Resetting PWs is so sweet, so I have been hesitant to change from this game plan. Also, in an attempt to be a bit moderately original I have kept with the PW plan. A rick can only know so much. Yes, I know Grim Monolith and Dead-eye Navigator both have a home in this deck; in bird culture they are considered "dick moves".
