The idea is to exile your opponents good cards (via transgress, pick the brain, obliteration, void shatter, etc) between repeated day's undoing, while trying to setup for a wincon (ulamog, hangarback, or kalitas).

Some ideas I had:

• end of turn engulf, untap and pick the brain their biggest threat (even better with delirium)
• jace -2 to bounce a threat, pick the brain or transgress it

Probably too slow and/or clunky to work well, but thought I'd throw it together to see how it plays.
