Brave Ghave & the Saprolings

Go large, go wide, or don't go at all. This deck has a variety of win conditions with the not-so-obvious being the most effective. Going infinite and using ETB or death trigger effects to wreak havoc is easy to pull off. Whenever you get more than you pay for in +1/+1 counters or token creatures you can go infinite. Focus getting mana production with Utopia Mycon, Crystalline Crawler, Workhorse, Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar & Earthcraft. These cards will allow infinites to go when coupled with effects that create additional +1/+1 counters or token creatures such as Hardened Scales, Sadistic Glee, Parallel Lives, Cathars' Crusade, Doubling Season, Primal Vigor, Blade of the Bloodchief & undying creatures. I think I need more free sacrifice outlets for death triggers. Ghave is great but that 1 colorless mana cost to sac can slow things down. So I'm considering some sac outlets like Flesh-Eater Imp, Carrion Feeder, Bloodflow Connoisseur, or Martyr's Cause.

I'm looking for some fresh ideas. I've reviewed a lot of other Ghave deck techs and there are some really interesting ideas to try but in my play testing I have found that ETB and death triggers to be the most effective for pulling a win. A lot of players seem to think I'm going to go wide with Brave Ghave & the Saprolings so they hold back or prep to disrupt it. That is when things like Blasting Station catch players off guard.
