BRAZATO COMMANDER DECK!
{R}{G}{W}Samut, Voice of Dissent{R}{G}{W} Brazato is an original character of myself. He is a badger-folk barbarian warrior from a fantasy world.

BASIC DATA
Construction date: 04/2020 - Dismantled later - Reconstructed 15/03/2023
Power level: 7,5
Format: Multiplayer EDH, non competitive.
Budget: Medium. (Without counting the foils / promos).
Deck playstyle: Tap-Untap synergies, creatures, extra combats.
Build restrictions: No highly expensive cards (no old lands / tutors, etc).

WHY SAMUT TO REPRESENT BRAZATO?
Brazato is a barbarian warrior and adventurer. He is a taxug, one of the many animal-folks that inhabit Saldara (taxug is the former name for the saldaran badger-folks). Brazato travels across the ancient lands of Saldara and foreign places, living adventures and meeting other animal-folks and fantastic creatures. He seeks to know more about the world where he lives, but he still is a ferocious barbarian always eagered to fight, if threatened. He also seeks to defend his home of Saldara from hostile enemies.
My first idea for a Brazato skin-card was: Greensleeves, Maro-Sorcerer. Why? Is a green card (suitable for Brazato, he being a character living a very connected to nature lifestyle), and it creates badger tokens hehe... but a mono green deck could not let me include much card variety, and green isn't enough to represent Brazato personality well.
After some time searching for a more suitable legend, Samut, Voice of Dissent come to my mind. First, i had already played Samut as commander in the past, and I love Amonkhet cards. About flavor and lore, like Brazato, Samut is a persistent warrior seeking to defend and free his homeland. Both of them, despite being violent fighters try to help others, and both usually use dual swords to fight!!!
The {R}{G}{W}Naya identity also works well with Brazato. A combination of the red's combat fury, green's nature respect and living in armony with other species, and white's seek for solidarity and protection of others. Another reason was that this color combination gives me access to a high amount of interesting and beloved cards to include.

DECK STRATEGY
-I'll work on explaining this deck playstyle in the future!

DECK STATUS
I just put together this deck recently. I've played some games with positive results. It's fun to play and has many tricks, but still I'm working on improve it. I´m seekign to increase its permanent number so it can work better with Primal Surge, and also seeking for more creatures with interesting tap/untap synergies.


At the moment, still brewing and seeking for ideas. If you have ideas to help, I'll welcome them!!!!
