Me and a friend of mine are trying to get into Oathbreaker. We usually play competitive Commander and we wanted something a little more casual that didn't hurt our budgets, so we decided on Oath with a strict $25 limit (not including basics).

The deck I made here is a UG Lantern Control/Mill/Artifact/Infinite Combo deck with Tamiyo, Collector of Tales & Reclaim at the helm.

The idea is to control your opponent's draws with Lantern of Insight until you can set up your combo or mill them out. You can also win through aggro with Rampage of the Clans and Revenge of the Hunted (on Hostile Desert, Narcomoeba or Den Protector), or just with Mirrodin Besieged .

Reclaim + Devastation Tide for repeatable board wipe.

I'll add more to the description when I'm not on mobile, but the main combo is Cephalid Illusionist + Skola Grovedancer + Shuko + Gaea's Blessing (in library) to gain infinite life.

I'm looking for some advice or ideas on how to tune this deck to be as competitive as possible while still maintaining the budget (we choose the lowest cost print of the card when determining total cost).
