Looks like you're looking for a way to increase your +1/+1 counters. You have the capability to splash colors with your mana guys. Use Corpsejack Menace . Speaking of mana guys, Axebane Guardian pays off big if you need the mana mid game (keep in mind Sylvan Caryatid is a Defender as well) . Also, I'd highly suggest throwing in Give / Take for extra counters or being able to draw.

im trying to keep my deck 2 colored atm i think 3 colored is to slow in standerd i will think about Give / Take although i dont know what id takeout

If you have Prophet of Kruphix you can untap, pump, and blink AEtherling every turn, including your opponents. You essentially get double turns.
