Still kinda WIP. Trying to do dumb stuff with Scute Swarm after Omnath's banning. I don't look at standard much, but theres a few things here that caught my eye.
The deck has a lot of mana ramping and land ramping opportunities to make Scute Swarm stronger, but when looking through some cards, I found a pretty cheap combo, Song of Creation + Valakut Exploration, which will basically allow you to keep playing and drawing cards until you run out of mana (if you cast a card, draw 2, play a land, "draw 1," so no matter what you do, you get cards), and since this is a ramp deck, that will be a while, and this will also help scute get much bigger much more quickly.
I'm also carrying Fae of Wishes as an alternate win condition in case the Scutes can't do the job alone, so you can grab a Ruinous Ultimatum for a one-sided boardwipe, Kenrith to give your Scutes Trample and Haste, buff up a flier, gain some quick life, or pull stuff back from the graveyard, Thassa's Oracle to defend against mill as well as to win in case you mill yourself out (occasionally happened in playtesting around turn 7).
Heroic intervention helps protect key pieces, Bastion of Remembrance disincentivizes board wiping against your Scutes, and you can sideboard in Destiny Spinner, Felidar Retreat, and Bonecrusher Giant if needed.
Might be a bit weak against decks that can put out early control and maybe Red Rush, but once you get moving its nearly impossible to stop. I might need some removal or lifegain, but I didn't want that to get in the way of consistency for now. It might also play a bit too much like solitaire, but if it works, it works. You also get an added bonus of annoying your judges and potentially crashing Arena, but suggestions are definitely welcome.
