We are similarly minded man. Sidisi and now Breya haha. I figured yours would be competitive, but this is INSANE! Love the fact that artifacts themselves aren't really the focus here, plus Breya is just a toolbox for the colors. Love the deck, keep up the good work man.

I really do like the build, and I think Breya has potential to be competitive without every deck being the same. I borrowed a little bit from this when I was tweaking my Breya deck Breya's doomsday machines (I'd link it but tapped out doesn't think it exisits.) but mine loses a bit of consistency in exchange for the Infinite mana combo.

Thanks man! Thats wierd. I saw your build in passing earlier today. I totally agree several competitive builds are possibe with Breya. I build mine specifically because it bothered me that so many peoples first instinct was to just make a sharuum deck with red. I would love to see your deck when it reappears.

Lilbrudder: After reading through your write-up, I'm definitely giving some thought to running your Doomsday/George packages.
Mind taking a look at mine and giving me your thoughts?

Trophy Mage strictly better than Trinket Mage. Probably exchange that here and in probably any other deck your running Trinket Mage

Also, is Walking Ballista something to consider with the infinite mana combos you have?

I wouldn't say strictly better, in fact I would say here its strictly worse since it ONLY grabs 3cc artifacts :-) I love ballista but with Breya being a win condition on her own its of limited use tbh

My bad completely! I thought it said three or less. You are correct. Nevermind my comment haha.

Omg that card would be so good if it were 3 or less. Either way its a great addition to many of my decks.

Also question for you. Why the choice of Grim Monolith over Mana Vault?

Ixnay on my last comment. On my phone and I guess skipped over the part where Mana Vault is already in the deck.

No reason tbh. I am sometimes lazy with land bases and I must have forgotten to add it

Ah, ok. I was racking my brain trying to figure out the advantage. Thank you for the great decklist and explanation. This is now my primer for Breya.

Checking in to see if you have had any updates and still playing the deck? I have this somewhat close on paper.

vectral: I updated the list quietly a couple of times and will continue to try new things with this brew. However, since playing with Thrasios I dont think I am going to play Breya anymore. Breya has a slightly better tutors and a better removal package, but Thrasios and friends is strictly better in every other way. He does bomberman better and his safe combos (dramatic scepter) are much more potent with access to dorks and his wins are cleaner. His ability to be easily cast and generate card advantage makes it difficuly to play Breya and not feel sluggish. She is suffering from the same problems as Yidris. She is a very powerful commander that was released in the same set as the most broken mechanic ever (partner). She is competitive but it is hard to justify playing her unless she gets some tech that sets her apart.

thanks man. I'm eagerly waiting for you to build a primer on your Thrasios deck....how does it work?

It functions very much like the sans white version but it also has bomberman and Birthing pod lines in addition to what is described in the primer for that deck. Ill eventually get around to finishing both primers :-)

Stefouch: Dramatic reversal + Isochron Scepter = dramatic scepter. It's the name of the combo.
