Consider getting a Gilded Lotus. It just got reprinted so, it's $3 or so now, a Thran Dynamo, a Mind Stone, and a Hedron Archive, for rocks. For lands, Isolated Chapel, Dragonskull Summit, and Clifftop Retreat, to finish up your check lands, add some filter lands too(Graven Cairns and the like), for options besides the obvious fetch/shock/ABU duals. Definitely put in the Supreme Verdict. The deck has no boardwipes, in fact, the deck also lacks in good removal too. Anguished Unmaking and Utter End are auto-includes in any deck in Black and White, and so is Merciless Eviction. Other options include Go for the Throat, Cast Down, Settle the Wreckage , Decree of Pain, and Wrath of God/Damnation. As for other includes, the fact that Grand Architect in in the deck means that Pili-Pala should be as well. Darksteel Forge should be included as well as Arcum Dagsson, Thopter Spy Network for free thopters every turn(and free tutors with Arcum), Teshar, Ancestor’s Apostle to open up new combo lines, extra card draw like Thoughtcast, also definitely include Jhoira. That's where I would start with improving the deck. I see the beginnings of a solid deck here though. Good job.

Thanks for the comments. I didn't see why Pili-Pala was in people's decks until you mentioned grand architect. It makes a lot of sense. Forge and Arcum are definitely coming in the future, its just going to be a little bit. I hadn't heard of thoughtcast before but I will pick that up. I was wondering what some good draw spells would be and that its a great option. Another person mentioned taking out lantern and sphere for Talismans, since the color fixing should already be strong enough once I fix my mana base (getting rid of the tap lands). Would you suggest getting the talismans or the rocks you suggested or even both?

I would keep Lantern and Sphere. Lantern is too good especially since the deck is 4 colors, and sphere also serves as card draw, they may cost additional mana but they are perfect fixing. Honestly, I would include all of them, but if it was talismans or lantern and sphere, I would pick lantern and sphere any day. Another great draw spell for this deck would be Thirst for Knowledge.

Another thing I remembered after I posted my previous comment was artifact tutors. Fabricate, Trinket Mage, Trophy Mage, Treasure Mage, Reshape, Whir of Invention, and if you're willing to spend the small fortune, Transmute Artifact

I'm headed to my store this weekend to pick up Fabricate. I meant to grab it last time but forgot to add it on at the end. Whir, I'll have to see if they have one. What would Trophy Mage search for? Just ashnod's?

Perhaps, but you should also consider thinning your creature count of creatures that don't facilitate your combos, like vendilion clique. Your land count is already at the minimum amount it should be.

I stuck in vendillion to try to disrupt my opponents win conditions but seeing how my playgroup's wins generally don't come from a combo it's probably correct to remove. Would you say to keep the snappy? I stuck it in because it can recast things like tutors, removal, and open the vault. I want want to get rid of slobad, I know that its a sac outlet but it feels really weak.

If Darksteel Forge is going in, then Slobad can come out. You already have krark clan ironworks, ashnod's altar, and thopter assembly. As for snapcaster mage, it adds enough utility to the deck to warrant keeping it in my opinion but if you end up cutting it for another combo piece, that's fine.

Actually, now that I'm thinking about it more, Snapcaster should definitely stay. It's a second copy of whatever instant/sorcery you need, and can be reused with Eldrazi Displacer.

Now that I brought up Eldrazi Displacer, Panharmonicon is something you may want to consider, since you have some powerful ETBs. Sharumm alone makes it worth it in my opinion.

Someone had suggested paradox engine but panharmonicon sounds more fun and less likely to just paint a target on my head. I think I'll go with it.
