When i saw her. I fell in love..So 4 colors artifact deck! No green - free ramp spots! Artifacts - more like only artifact. No stamples, no autoinclude cards, more chances to play original deck. You got to love new 4C generals.

Why to play this:

  • you like themed deck

  • you like control themed deck

  • you want to have fun, not just "stupid win" with goodstuff

Why not play this deck:

  • this is themed deck is has not all the answer

  • not pure token, not pure control, not pure combo

  • you don't want to thing what you need to do.

My deck is quite simple control with one or two combos, no couterspell, no spot removals, maximum artifacts and maximum synergy. Main reason why i don't want to play spot removals and counterspell is that is no fun for my oponent. I play artifact themed deck so i need to make maximum for being themed-true.

let us look for cards:

lands - nothing special, artifact lands and academy ruins are auto included.

planeswalkers - there are already 5 walkers with artifact theme, Saheeli Rai is a bit not too good, but for the good of theme why not. On the other side Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas can do 30+ dmg second round when he is on the table.

boardwide - 3x of them + cataclysmic gearhulk, when you play control, you kinda need to have ultimate break for the table so terminus, phyrexian rebirth, supreme verdict

utility artifacts - conjurer's closet + Erratic portal for retrigerring general and token makers and panharmonicon, for double triggers. Krark-clan ironworks - ashmod's altar for artifacts (theme matters), sometimes i can sacrifice an unwanted artifact or manastone for greater good.

hold on with attack - propaganda, rhystic study, collective restraint, ghostly prison - i need my board just as i play it no attacks = no blocks = time to play my game.

equipment - nim deathmantle (combo piece), whispersilk coat because sometimes damage has to been done, skullclamp - stample and some boots...

I need my stuff back! myr retriever/junk diver/sanctum gargoyle/sharuum the hegemon (also beater) + goblin welder, Hanna, ship's navigator, and stamples open the vaults + scrap mastery and new one Silas Renn. Those cards bring my artifacts back and let me draw cards/lands and trigger again and again.. Also most of them i can use with my general.

ammo for general - stones and junks for lands and card draw (wild-field scarecrow, baneful strix, filigree familiar, inchor wellspring, crystaline crawler, thran dynamo, mind stone, mana vault, sol ring, hedron archive, mycosynth wellsping, pilgrim's eye, solemn simulacrum, burnished hart) - generaly low mana cost, good chumpblockers or advantige cards for sacrifice.

Token makers (another ammo):

basic stuff - myr turbine, myrsmith, myr battlesphere (also beater), pentavus, angel of invention, hangarback walker

utility stuff - sharding sphinx, thopter spy network (draw), marionette master (combo piece), whirler rouge (unblocable!!!), Pia and Kiran Nalaar (boom in your face by mam and dad)

beaters & doers & wonder makers:

glassdust hulk - unblockable, cycling, +1/+1 ideal for 5 mana

combustible gearhulk - card advantige or damage to the head or something to reanimate

soul of new phyrexia - trample and indestructible (for all, with wrath efect ideal).

vial smasher the fierce - guilty pleasure, since the deck does not attack in the first place it is good to have some random dmg

sydri, galvanic genius - lifegain, potencionaly win condition

master transmuter - instant speed for big dudes

faerie artisans - "you have some good triggers? I NEED THEM"

duplicant - one and only spot removal, but can be used multiple times when bounced

eldrazi displacer - bounce for etb creatures and combo piece.

ethernium-horn sorcerer - multiple times cascade in late game.

ethersworn canonist - kinda must be in deck when you play control

basic strategy: stay down, kill other players generals, play multiple time token makers, RUSH

combo win: nim deathmantle + Krark-Clan Ironworks + Breya OR Krark-Clan Ironworsk + breya + eldrazi displacer

combo win2: Krark-Clan Ironworks + eldrazi displacer + marionette master

alternative beatdown win: any big creature with whispersilk cloak attack, other resources make sure, that you control game enough.
