This is easily my favorite edh deck I own. The deck building philsophy was a simple one. Under Breya, Etherium Shaper , I have access to the colors of all my favorite artifact combos and cards in the format. Some of these favorites are competitive in their own right, while some of them are a lot less so. After adding these favorites to the deck I constructed a midrangey semi-stax shell around these cards that has the potential to slow down and disrupt faster and more competitive combo decks I might be facing to give me the time I need to have my fun and find my combos. These favorites are:

• Mycosynth Lattice shenanigans with Karn, the Great Creator and Vandalblast
• Cheating out Blightsteel Colossus with Kuldotha Forgemaster or just casting it off of Vault of Catlacan or various infinite mana combos in the deck. We also have Hammer of Purphoros to haste enable these for quicker kills.
• Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal and the right combination of mana rocks nets us the infinite colored mana we need to kill on the spot with Breya, Etherium Shaper . Isochron Scepter with any valid imprint spell plus Paradox Engine and the right combination of mana rocks also sets you up for the Breya win with infinite colored mana. If you only have colorless mana rocks on the field with Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal you can still set up the win if you have Sensei's Divining Top on the field, allowing you to draw your whole deck. In a similar vein you can Copy Artifact your Isochron Scepter and imprint Swan Song onto the copy for infinite swans. These backup combos are pretty uncommon to actually execute but they're all built on cards that are good on their own and occassionally they will come up.
• Notion Thief or Narset, Parter of Veils plus our wheels, Winds of Change , Windfall , Wheel of Fortune , and Memory Jar . Notion Thief and Narset, Parter of Veils are decent on their own but with our wheels they become near wincons as they empty our opponents hands and refill our own. Smothering Tithe also combos with the wheels to generate us loads of treasure.
• Thopter Foundry plus Sword of the Meek is good ole' value, but with Time Sieve you can take infinite turns and close out the game. Thopter Assembly and Time Sieve also accomplish this.
• Auriok Salvagers with Lion's Eye Diamond generates infinite colored mana, this wins the game with Breya, Etherium Shaper

What I love about my list compared to more competitive breya lists is that mine feels like an actual artifact deck instead of just another ad naus list. The new War of the Spark walkers really added a lot to the deck, giving us powerful ways to lock down card draw, tutoring, graveyards, and opposing artifacts without hampering our own ability to use these to our advantage. Karn, the Great Creator deserves special mention as a one sided null rod that blows up zero cost artifacts and retrieves exiled wincons. Breya is also more capable of protecting these walkers than most other commanders because her big body and the flying blockers she provides.

If you're interested in building this style of Breya deck in a more competitive fashion I'd recommend stripping out the less competitive combos and cards like Blightsteel Colossus and Kuldotha Forgemaster , the Thopter Foundry stuff, and the Mycosynth Lattice stuff I personally enjoy running to expand your tutor suite, card draw suite, counterspell suite, ramp suite and stax suite. This will let you become faster as you lower your curve and increase your mana sources while you go more all in on your scepter and bomberman combos as your primary wincons.
