Delay with Humility... Once you have Sneak Attack in play, use either Disenchant to destroy Humility or use Cataclysm to make the opponent sacrifice most of their permanents.. Sacrificing your own permanents down to 1 Sneak Attack, 1 Artifact mana and 1 Mountain... Sneak out a couple of Eldrazi and end the game.
