That was kind of my first MtG deck ever. I saw a friend's Sliver deck (by far less powerful) and started building one myself. This is an improved version with more cards. The general idea of the deck is to either overrun the enemy with a Sliver Legion or - which I prefer - sadistically reduce the enemy and his creatures with Psionic Sliver's effect. Hence a lot of toughness-pushing Slivers.
