I'd drop Rotlung Reanimator since you don't have many clerics or a land, i.e. one swamp or one of your cycling lands.

I agree with Krakshot though. Conspiracy would be awesome here.
Options that would be great:
Unholy Grotto should be used in any zombie deck.
Thornbite Staff does wonders with your Avatar of Woe and your Helldozer (awesome card!).
Have you considered Night Dealings ? I find it quite useful in such a slow format...

The problem with Conspiracy in here to name Minion is that my typical playgroup tends to be very anti-giant-zombie-army, so Balthor the Defiled is destroyed at the first chance they get. In response to this, he tends to come in and flash out almost simultaneously, not buffing my zombies for long enough. If I'm completely missing something about this card, please correct me.
Assuming I do add Thornbite Staff , Night Dealings , and Conspiracy , though, would should I take out?

Well, if Balthor doesn't stay long then there's no point in Conspiracy. Why don't you protect it with shroud/hexproof equipments though?
How important is Intimidation now that you're using Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Zombie Master ? And Zombie Trailblazer ?

I suggest adding Crypt Ghast and maybe Heartless Summoning . You may not need them, I haven't play tested the deck, but I do love putting these cards in mono-black decks. They can make for some interesting plays assuming they don't get destroyed.

Urza's Incubator and Belbe's Portal to help get your creatures out faster if you need to hard cast them.
Dauthi Embrace + Liliana's Reaver is just wicked.
Darkness just in case you're zombie apocalypse hasn't happened yet.
Dauthi Ghoul + Hatred For those 1v1 games.. Ghoul now counts as a zombie.
Contamination To lock the board in your favor.
Cover of Darkness They have too many creatures? No problem!
Toxic Deluge One of the top black board wipes, highly recommend grabbing one.

Exquisite Blood has to be one of the best black cards available in EDH-multiman games!
Not only does it give all of your creatures life-link but ti talso lets you heal from spell damage AND damage that you didn't even do?!?! FUCK YEA!
Besides that I really like Wound Reflection and Painful Quandary is very tempting.

Archetype of Finality , Victimize , Wail of the Nim & Nim Deathmantle could all fit here (Deathmantle can give you an extra ETB effect from many of your cards)
Looks like a really fun deck.
