This deck was made to summon Brisela, Voice of Nightmares     and I acknowledge that Brisela, Voice of Nightmares     is not a very good card for the hoops you have to jump through to summon it, however it is a very awesome card. If you want a more optimized Kaalia, Zenith Seeker budget deck I recommend taking out the two cards that create "Brisela, Voice of Nightmares" and making a couple changes but even in this state it's still a consistent, viable deck and the best way to bring out Brisela, Voice of Nightmares     in a budget deck.
