So mono-white's weakness tends to be in card draw. However, your running angel tribal, which allows lifelink to be semi-thematic. I'd add Well of Lost Dreams to get more cards, which already works with a number of the Angels you have. Then maybe True Conviction and Archangel of Thune for a touch more power. 'Course, Archangel ain't exactly cheap, but the other two are. Inheritance let's you recover from a board wipe, and Militia's Pride or Mobilization can be nice if you do run out of cards and need something to spend mana on.

If it's not too out of your budget Extraplanar Lens can be a godsend for mono-coloured decks for just under $20. And if you play against many white decks you should try Snow-Covered Plains for about $1 each to stop your opponents from getting the bonus mana from the lens. Of course if your opponents all play Snow-Covered Lands or don't play white the investment isn't really worth it.

UkieMage well she has 2 forms of evasion and gives everyone and everything you control evasion as well. Plus an 8/8 beatstick/defender isnt bad XD

and now your melded commander is almost untouchable, cant be burned down by normal spells, only exiled (or hit from Burn from Within)

First off, shameless plug: The Interplanar Flight of Nightmares.

Secondly, have you thought about Comeuppance and Pull from Eternity? The latter is good if Gisela gets RFG'd, but it depends on how consistent you want to pull off Brisela. Comeuppance, though, is a card that deserves to be in every white deck ever. Also, since angels tend to be a slow tribe, it can protect you from faster decks.

Athraithe I don't think you can hit it with Burn from Within because it's base cmc is 1 and Brisela's ability should stop it.

Pardon me if im wrong Penguinpanda2, but i think i remember a rule saying that with a card cast using an X cost, on cast its cmc is whatever amount of mana you put it, whereas searching it (such as with Firemind's Foresight, searches for its cmc of 1 (it hasnt been cast yet so its cmc stays at 1)

202.3. The converted mana cost of an object is a number equal to the total amount of mana in its mana cost, regardless of color....

202.3b When calculating the converted mana cost of an object with X in its mana cost, X is treated as 0 while the object is not on the stack, and X is treated as the number chosen for it while the object is on the stack.

Honestly im not sure how it would work... JUDGE!

Thalia's Lancers to possibly grab Gisela if she is nowhere to be found? Still, I like the deck, +1.

Flagstones of Trokair and Blighted Steppe I think add a nice touch. Then there is Terra Eternal to cope with or allow you to play Armageddon

Herrosix wouldn't Terra Eternal contradict running Armageddon? terra eternal says ALL lands

@lucal13- I'd rather not. Iona, Shield of Emeria will draw a lot of hate. I say that play a Brisela, Voice of Nightmares deck, but the deck does not require the commander whatsoever. Iona turns people off (especially if they are only playing one color), and then draws hate from the rest of the table. I'm already playing mono-white angels. Beatsticks with wings. If I can avoid that hate until I can throw down a Cryptic Gateway+Subjugator Angel+Sunblast Angel or a Wrath of God+Faith's Reward, then the games mine. Thanks for the suggestion though.

The hate from Iona, Shield of Emeria isn't always left at the table. Some people will refuse to play if your playing commanders with her in it.

When you meld the two angels, the cards are exiled, not put into the graveyard - Gisela can not be reanimated. Hate to rain on your parade...

Herrosix says... #22

What do you mean? They get exiled yes but they come back melded. Then if Brisela, Voice of Nightmares leaves play both pieces turn back into the front side. When Bruna, the Fading Light gets exiled for the meld you have the option to return it to the command zone but it's not required. So let it exile it self and return melded.

@@YourGod- Herrosix is right. When the two are on the battlefield, both become exiled and leave play. Once they leave play, they then return to play melded together as Brisela. Now that they are one card, whatever happens to Brisela happens to both. If Brisela get's exiled, then both Bruna and Gisela would go to exile. If Brisela is killed, then both Bruna and Gisela will go to the graveyard. If Brisela get's bounced, then both Bruna and Gisela come back to my hand. This is why I chose Bruna as the commander. If the creature get's killed, then the commander half would go to the command zone and the other half would go to the graveyard. Since I'm using Bruna, I can recast her, bringing Gisela back to the battlefield and allowing me to re-meld them almost immediately (as long as I'm recasting Bruna on a different turn than when Brisela was killed before the combat phase).

I would consider adding in a Gilded Lotus since you're running a mono-color deck. I would also suggest maybe an All Is Dust or more artifact/colorless creatures/spells so people can't lock you out of your deck.
