You need more card-draw sources. Geier Reach Sanitarium is the only budget option in white that I can think of at the moment, but if you have the cash, try Mikokoro, Center of the Sea, or the Land Tax-Scroll Rack combo

Maybe try Secluded Steppe and Drifting Meadow as well. Where you are right now, you really don't need a Reliquary Tower because you can't even draw any cards. Howling Mine, Staff of Nin, or even Tamiyo's Journal are also decent choices

Looking at my previous comment, I don't know why I posted All Is Dust when I should have said Scour from Existence so it doesn't hit your stuff (and you only need to take care of Iona).

Other than that:

Renounce the Guilds for some cheap removal.

Revoke Existence, Return to Dust or Altar's Light for some target removal of problematic artifacts or enchantments.

Cloudshift or Long Road Home for some protection.

Warping Wail for about the only counterspell you can get.

@GunbladeKnight

1: You really don't need counterspells in mono white

2: There's also Mana Tithe. Never underestimate the power of the white Force Spike

@Ocelot44- Thank you for the all of the suggestions btw! Last night I was on the verge of purchasing the rest of the deck, but decided to playtest it. After playing through the deck about 10 or 11 times, I realized I needed more card draw. As soon as I left the playtest screen, your suggestions had been posted. Thanks a ton!

@GunbladeKnight- I'm not really focusing the deck around removal. I feel I have a decent amount of targeted removal. On the subject of protection, I kinda don't care seeing as I'm pouring a lot of resources into recursion anyway. Why protect something I can just bring back.

@BladeSharkX

You CAN use it because it's just rules text. You can use Trinisphere in nonblack decks.

It's a very common misconception, don't worry

We actually had this discussion in a mono black deck a few weeks back XD

i actually had to ask a judge the question, and Ocelot44 is correct

Sorry, I meant Trinisphere, not Trinisphere

@Ocelot44 I've tried using using it in a mono white and the tournament organizer told me i couldnt use it because of black in the mana symbol for extort.

@BladeSharkX

Well then that tournament organizer was lying to you then. Reminder text has nothing to do with color identity. See Trinisphere. Ask an actual judge next time.

@BladeSharkX

If Extort actually DID give color identity, then why is Crypt Ghast in the 2014 EDH precon?

the organizer was also a level 2 judge but he recently corrected himself at the last edh tourny.

For a Budget I like this a lot. maybe put an angelic renewal in there for those extra triggers with your ETB's like Karmic Guide. thankfully I have friends who had most of the cards I needed so I almost have my full deck built. maybe check my version out and tell me what you think. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/untap-bruna/
