Well first the best sliver to get out first may be the Manaweft Sliver so it can ramp and also fix your mana so you can get out all your slivers. The Bident of Thassa is so you can cycle through your deck faster and have more slivers to play, with the aid of the ramp from the Manaweft Sliver. As you get more out, they will get deadly.
