It's a janky Bruna, the Fading Light Angel tribal, with a recursion subtheme.Bottled Cloister and Ensnaring Bridge make it impossible for opponents to attack you with 99% of their creatures, while protecting from discard effects and drawing you an additional card per turn. Horn of Greed incentivizes people to play lands into your Land Tax effects and you will draw a ton of cards from it. Tithe, Gift of Estates, Land Tax, and Endless Horizons help you hit your land drops to play your big angels and get lands out of your deck so you can hit more often on Oracle's Vault. My LGS doesn't allow infinite combos, but feel free to add Paradox Engine to poop out your entire deck for free if yours does. We'll probably want to get some of our angels into the graveyard at some point, so we have a bit of self mill. Altar of Dementia will always add at least one target for recursion, while Codex Shredder can both mill and recur, and Grindclock can do the job as well in a pinch. Lantern of Insight can tell us when we want to mill ourselves and pulls double duty with Scroll Rack, letting us put a bunch of lands on top of our library and then shuffle them away. Moonring Mirror synergises well with all of our other card draw. Austere Command, Coercive Portal, Comeuppance, Descend upon the Sinful, and Akroma's Vengeance are my personal picks for removal in my meta and with flavor in mind, so you can replace them with your choice of removal or keep them.
