How to Assemble the Pillow Cannon:

1. Stax/Pillow Fort

- Embargo Slows the game down a lot. 2 life a turn is manageable, and Bruna has vigilance.
- Pendrell Mists Usually don't have many creatures out, hoses token decks.
- Stasis Slow down the game to a halt. great early game.
- Eidolon of Rhetoric Slow down opponents. Usually don't play more than one spell a turn anyways.
- Grand Arbiter Augustin IV Makes opponents spells cost more, Bruna cost 4.
- Ghostly Prison Prevent creatures from attacking you.
- Propaganda Prevent creatures from attacking you.
- Sphere of Safety Prevent creatures from attacking you.
- Aegis of the Gods Protection from being targeted. Can help protect Bruna from being removed indirectly.

2. Draw/Mill

- Mystic Remora This will draw you lots of cards.
- Rhystic Study This will also draw lots of cards, but the tax will be payed more often.
- Righteous Authority Draw an additional card each turn.
- Fact or Fiction Awesome, since you can pick cards for your hand and send auras to the graveyard.
- Contingency Plan Sift through cards, putting auras in the grave.
- Taigam's Scheming Sift through cards, putting auras in the grave.
- Strategic Planning Put the auras in the grave, and the best card in your hand.
- Traumatize Usually used on yourself. can catch opponents off guard, by filling grave quickly.
- Windfall draw a bunch of cards, less drawback from discarding hand.
- Jace, Memory Adept Usually mill yourself for 10 each turn, or sometimes draw a card.
- Consecrated Sphinx Draws an insane amount of cards, attracts removal quickly.
- Kor Spiritdancer Good other target for auras, draw a card when you cast them.
- Mesa Enchantress Theres a decent amount of enchantments in this deck.
- Mirror-Mad Phantasm Mill a large portion of your deck to get to lethal quickly, able to do it multiple times if needed.

Tutors:
- Enlightened Tutor Fantastic card.
- Muddle the Mixture Transmute for cmc 2. Usually Lightning Greaves .
- Three Dreams Grab 3 Auras, which can be lethal. ex: Eldrazi Conscription , Battle Mastery , Spectra Ward .
- Open the Armory Aura tutor.
- Heliod's Pilgrim Aura tutor.
- Sovereigns of Lost Alara Awesome card, can attach anything in the deck when a creature attacks alone.
- Totem-Guide Hartebeest Aura tutor.

3. Cast Bruna

Give Her Haste:
- Hall of the Bandit Lord Great way to give haste.
- Lightning Greaves Equips for free. Bruna's ability can still attach aura's.
- Swiftfoot Boots Equips for 1, but gives hexproof instead of shroud
- Medomai the Ageless Not haste, but can allow Bruna to attack without passing the turn.
- Savor the Moment Not haste, but can allow Bruna to attack without passing the turn.

Protect Her:
- Diplomatic Immunity Very difficult to get rid of
- Spectra Ward Provides evasion, protection and a small boost to p/t.
- Mother of Runes Gives protection at instant speed for whichever color is necessary.
- Lightning Greaves Gives shroud, equips for free
- Swiftfoot Boots Gives hexproof, equips for 1

Get Damage Through:
- Rogue's Passage Usually not necessary, but good to have.
- Mother of Runes Protection is great evasion.
- Spectra Ward Protection is great evasion. can still attach auras.
- Steel of the Godhead provides unblockable, lifelink is less useful.

Make her Lethal:
- Corrupted Conscience 21 damage? how about 10?
- Battle Mastery 21 damage? nope, 11. 10 infect? nope, 5.
- Eldrazi Conscription Powerhouse, annihilator is good but won't trigger if attached using Bruna's ability, since it happens after attacks.
- Ethereal Armor Low cost, good p/t boost.
- Righteous Authority Draw extra cards, which powers it up more.
- Sage's Reverie decent amount of enchantments, draw cards on etb.
