Thank you! Retether is not needed because part of Bruna's effect is "you may put onto the battlefield attached to it any number of Aura cards that could enchant it from your graveyard and/or hand." :D

...wut. Lol. That's awesome.
Kor Spiritdancer is a pretty solid card. I would also run Steelshaper's Gift and Stoneforge Mystic , because giving your general hexproof is going to be really important, and they help you find the things that give her that.

Hehe, Kor Spiritdancer is great but unfortunately her effect will not trigger off of Bruna's effect, That's unfortunate :(
I do like the Mystic and the Steelshaper's Gift as a means of getting Greaves/Boots into hand and then into play assuming I don't have Diplomatic Immunity in hand. Very cool. Mystic will be added later on but Gift is going in straight away! Thank you.

Muddle the Mixture might be more useful than Steelshaper's Gift IMO. Besides tutoring up Boots/Greaves and other 2 CMC stuff, it doubles as countermagic to towards protecting Bruna.

Idyllic Tutor ? Auratouched Mage is pretty legit too. Sweet deck though! Bruna might legitimately be broken. I win soo many games with her. Love it! Your deck looks really streamlined too.

I would still like to pick up Idyllic Tutor ! But for 3 mana, Intuition is an absolute POWERHOUSE in a Bruna deck. Auratouched Mage is outclassed as a result of its 6CMC, the powerful tutors in the deck already, and Sovereigns of Lost Alara can continue to tutor for each time it attacks, for example.

Ramp allows for really early kills. Big Broken Bruna EDH

Whoops, read that a bit fast. Unfortunately, it isn't a deck tutor. However, it thins the hand which allows me to fill it up with more counters, etc. Less awesome, I may be able to find a place for it.

I'd rather run Auratouched Mage instead to be honest. It costs more than Researchers, but I'd much rather fetch an Aura from my deck first before from my hand.
If you want some ideas, feel free to take a look at my Bruna deck I Was Enchanted To Beat You. I've been playing, testing, and tweaking it for almost a year and half now.

Hmm are you sure you want stay with Bruna, Light of Alabaster as your general? With only 7 auras and 9 creatures, it kinda seems to hinder the voltron strategy that make Bruna what she is. Don't get me wrong, i'm all for original strategy, but the overall feel i get here isn't really benefiting Bruna. Maybe a different General would suits your strategy better.

Stick with Bruna. My Bruna's Big Deck of Don't is a control deck as well and it does very well in both duels and multiplayer games. I come at it from a color management angle just to be different, but I am glad to see a straight up control version too. The only thing I might add is a Mirror-Mad Phantasm . It works great for self mill, otherwise nice build. +1

Thanks guys. Just to clarify, the strategy is really to tutor for specific auras instead of going for a humongous Bruna. I usually go for Protective Bubble Battle Mastery and Corrupted Conscience , which is 10 infect damage. 10 infect damage is still as lethal as a 334 alpha strike :p
Mirror-Mad Phantasm
is interesting though!

Before I forget, since you are so control oriented take a look at Invoke Prejudice if you can get one. I run it and it gives people fits!

LOL, that card is hilarious. Too bad it's 4 blue mana to cast :(
April 27, 2014 7:57 p.m.
For those who may ask, Hurkyl's Recall is a meta thing to hose artifact decks. However, I have also used it to reset my mana rocks by simply replaying them. It'll be cut eventually for something like Duplicant because that card was hilarious in playtesting

Haven't you considered adding Grand Arbiter Augustin IV ??? I mean... He is quite an accelerator on White/Blue decks... Great deck btw

How about adding Traumatize ? Self mill, then swing for game.
June 16, 2014 12:14 a.m.
To AkaRed: Arbiter isn't bad but I have enough mana rocks to act as accelerators. It also tends to draw even more aggro than my general >_< He's definitely an option I have considered but he did not make it to this build. He may make a return, however shrug.
To AuraLucario: I ran that strategy in the past back when I had a lot more auras. I find it a lot cleaner to just tutor for what I need and then when Bruna swings, it goes on her anyway. It gives me more control options in the end.
The risk with Traumatize with 6 auras is the greater potential of hitting nothing exciting and milling away a lot of your best control options. Traumatize is for a different type of All-In type Bruna deck. I opted for a heavy control/potential stax build that does not sacrifice the speed at which Bruna can come out and swing with auras because of all of the tutors + protection options in the deck. It plays smoother.

I may have suggested this before, but how about Terminus
? With Mystical Tutor
you can cast it for its miracle cost pretty easily.
