I like it, both for the amazing deck and awesome description. I lost it at the very first line: "Do you want to play a strong, independent angel that don't need no man?" +1

Suggestions: Ever considered running Divine Reckoning or Tragic Arrogance as board wipes? Both allow you to clear opponent's fields of pesky creatures without touching Bruna. The latter has the added benefit of wrecking the rest of their nonland resources, nearly doubling as a secondary Cataclysm with the upside of leaving your opponents with their worst permanents, rather than their best. I've utilized both in my own Bruna deck: Bruna Sandwich with fairly good results.

The next suggestion is Plea for Guidance. It's strictly worse than Three Dreams and Intuition, but it still allows you to consistently murder an opponent the turn after you cast Bruna, which is a massive upside. It's weaker and more redundant, but still worthy of inclusion in my opinion.

And finally, Aven Mindcensor, because every competitive deck worth its mettle is running at least a few library searching effects, be it shocks, tutors, or Zur the Enchanter himself. Mindcensor almost always has a use.

Oh, I almost forgot: Winds of Rath.

Has oath of gate watch brought about any changes?

@NarejED: Hiya! Thank you for the suggestions :D. Tragic Arrogance is definitely an interesting choice, and I'll need to test it's effect over more games. But from testing Divine Reckoning and Winds of Rath in the past, I'm actually quite happy with my boardwipe selection at the moment, and I may potentially be dropping my boardwipe ratio because I have so many.

As for Plea for Guidance, I've been thinking about adding another Enchantment tutor. In this case, it IS a double Idyllic Tutor and would probably fit in well, so I may be cutting a land or a piece of removal and reintegrating it into the deck. But it is a lot of mana, frankly. I have quite a lot of enchantment tutors already (not to mention that you can still naturally draw or keep a hand with part of the six-card Aura suite) and draw so it may not be necessary to even have another Enchantment tutor in the deck. When I run into problems, it is usually not because I am having trouble finding auras; it's usually a question of opposing combo/stax threats that need to be policed. Either way, the deck ramps quite quickly and can tutor on the turn it swings with protection in between the entire time; it's tough nowadays to change cards around and evaluate its impact within the engine unless I go through a lot of testing simply because I can consistent get the most optimal cards in the deck at a whimsical.

@FAFFMEISTERWAFFLES Sadly, there are no tantalizing cards in the new set for the deck :(

Nice deck! I think Time Stop would work well in there and maybe some extra turn spells.

Aside from it being expensive (which I'm assuming may not be a terrible issue for you? haha) and not being able to be foil, what do you think about Serra's Sanctum?

I think Sanctum is nasty in a Bruna or Sigarda Enchant-Tron deck.

freakingAud The only issue with Serra's Sanctum is that there aren't enough viable enchantments in the deck to ensure that it taps for 1 mana. Most of my enchantments are auras, which are only placed on after Bruna swings. This means that before that swing, Serra's will often tap for 0 mana unless I have Land Tax or Aura of Silence for example. It's a good land; but it doesn't work well in this build.

That is a great point! I figured that you wouldn't have missed that land unless there was a reason! (:

Thank you for the deck and primer.

I like Bruna too. Would like to ask a few questions

  1. I was thinking of adding Mana Web, Mana Breach, Mana Vortex, Static Orb for extra stax, is it a good idea? Or maybe Silent Gravestone and Damping Sphere from recent sets.

  2. How's Jace Vryn's Prodigy in the deck? Is it better to replace him with cards like Search for Azcanta, Monastery Siege or Merfolk Looter?

  3. How about some card draw like Careful Study or Thirst for Knowledge?

  4. How about cards like Hall of the Bandit Lord or Swiftfoot Boots that give her haste?

Would appreciate your opinion on these cards and suggestions of what to take out for them, if any.

Thanks in advance.

Why did you remove Intuition and Three Dreams? I thought they were really good tutors for this deck.

He didnt remove them, he was explaining that thanks to bruna being able to fetch the enchantments from the grave intuition serves as a better three dreams
