This is the current terror in my meta. I'm finally close to calling it "complete". It should be tuned into a sweet spot between multiplayer and duel commander.

We don't run any rocks or fast mana, just the reducers in Pearl Medallion , Sapphire Medallion , Seal of the Guildpact and Grand Arbiter Augustin IV . The last 2 will each remove a commander tax from our general, and reduce the overall cost of our counterspells and lockdown pieces. This limitation allows us to play Stony Silence though, which can really hurt if left in play after a Cataclysm or Tragic Arrogance .

Speaking of which... Cataclysm is a win condition. Especially if you manage to leave in play Serra's Sanctum , Seal of the Guildpact , Kismet and Bruna. Float ENOUGH mana, and you can leave Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir in play with the other pieces and then play Bruna. Seal is easily replaceable with Greaves or Boots, or Vedalken Orrery allows it all to happen at instant speed.

Haste is important for this build, as I've learned, people don't let her live long. So, if she is to be seen, someone is eating it in a bad way. But, we are in some awful colors (non-red) for this. Luckily we have commander staples Swiftfoot Boots , Lightning Greaves , and Hall of the Bandit Lord . To supplement this, casting Bruna on another's turn allows us to attack right away. Luckily, we get access to some flash enablers in Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Vedalken Orrery . These are important, as they allow us to flash her in in response to an attack as a surprise blocker, which will suit her up with whatever auras are in our hand or graveyard. The rattlesnake effect is a powerful psychological tool to deter opponents from hitting us.

Currently awaiting a Forbid to replace Dissipate . Or maybe I'll replace Hindering Light instead. I will miss that sweet cantrip though. Either way, Forbid gives us a buyback option on our counterspell of discarding 2 cards. It doesn't exile or tuck, but it is reusable. Maybe it WILL replace Hindering Light, so that my counterspell package is all unconditional.
