Simple enough. I basically decided that for Theros Standard I wanted to try using some of the sexy Blue tempo available in an otherwise Black midrange shell.

So far, in testing, it's pretty sexy.

In particular, the Whip of Erebos and Haunted Plate Mail give amazing resilience against U/W/x, since they both make Wrath effects less powerful. Lifebane Zombie is basically always good, and Returned Phalanx does really impolite things to any early aggression from the other guy.

Mogis's Marauder can come down late to get the board evasion. Replaced Abhorrent Overlord with Shadowborn Demon . Naughty interaction with Whip of Erebos.

So, in further testing, I need some help with super-fast strategies, in particular G/W Little Kid decks. I basically need a near perfect draw to deal with it.
