This deck looks like a ton of fun. I love the synergies. Can't wait to build it and playtest.

Please make a full sideboard. Also it was surprisingly difficult to trigger Mardu Skullhunter's raid ability. Waste Not was great, it was Banishing Lighted for part of one of my matches, but Void Snareing it away for a Mind Rot was good enough to net me some advantage with it. I was playing against Jeskai Tempo, and Triton Shorestalker really scared my opponent good, so I absorbed some burn spells with it.

I think you need to run the full 4x Waste Not, Despise, Thoughtseize, Mardu Skullhunter, and Mind Rot. When I was able to use Waste Not to its fullest, I won. When I had a discard without a Waste Not, or a Waste Not without discards, it was a sad day.

Other suggestions for the full out Waste Not plan include: Disciple of Deceit, Master of the Feast, and Tormented Thoughts.
