hi, i'm a returning magic player from innistrad block(yes it has been a long time). since my budget is limited, i'll limit my cards into rares or and since dual lands are quite expensive for me i'll use mono-deck and and i'm wondering if mono-decks still has position on current meta.

this deck is mostly battle of zendikar and magic origins. i'm not very familiar with khans of tarkir block so i may need help if there is a certain card on that block that i can use with this deck. thanks.
