When the first untap resolves, you tap Basalt Monolith to get 3 mana and then let the second untap resolve. From that combo you got 1 extra mana so to simplify it we have Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth to get infinite mana.

After that we use our infinite mana for infinite activations of Goblin Cannon (yes, it can be activated multiple times and they all will resolve even if Goblin Cannon is sacrificed after the first trigger) and so we kill all our opponents at the same time.
