This is my take on a budget version of an Atraxa deck. The main strategy is to use creatures with Explore to either draw you lands, or get +1/+1 counters, then proliferate those counters. There are also ways of generating -1/-1 counters, and proliferating those to destroy opponent creatures. Might not be super competitive, but it seems like a fun deck to keep your friends on their toes for only $60-$70. Any recommendations are highly appreciated!
